Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping anywhere in India. We take utmost care in shipping of your products. But to make all procedure smooth and easy please allow us 1 to 7 working days for your order to be dispatched that is subject to extension. In case if any product is out of stock/QC (Quality Check) failed during the packing the amount of the product will be refunded to the customer. Orders Received on during holidays are dispatched the following working week. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there could be a long processing time and shipping delays and subject to extension of the quoted delivery time so please bear with us. If in case your pin code is accessible only through India Speed post, you must include it in notes so that we will ship through it. Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. Lovekart uses all leading courier companies for the shipment of your products and generally, the time taken to deliver any product anywhere in India is estimated as 1 to 3 weeks. Unexpected problems could be anything like 1) Unable to reach the customer. 2) Customer’s phone number not working/ not reachable. 3) Any kind of strike in the city or in courier company. 4) Any natural calamities like earthquake, flood, drought etc. 5) Any Transportation delay from our manufacturing unit or vendors 6) Any raid by any government department. 7) Any kind of issues during transit.

Return Policy

The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement: 1) Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product 2) Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery. 3) Any product that does not have the UPC (Universal Product Code) along with its original packaging(if applicable). Incase of dissatisfactions of product(s) please share some photographic/videography evidence of received product to our Whatsapp support number. Once our quality team will check and confirm the issue refund or replacement of product will intiate within 1 to 3 working days.

Tracking your Order

After shipment is dispatched you will get a Whatsapp message/Email/Call from our dispatch department containing the details related to your parcel to track.

Cancellation Policy

Lovekart has the complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Lovekart and accept Lovekart decision regarding the cancellation. Request for cancellations of orders once placed on lovekart.store shall not be entertained. If we have to accept any cancellation there would be a charge of 10-20% of total amount (excluding shipping /packing amount or either both) of the order as restocking fees. However, after placing an order, the customer can only cancel the order if the order state is showing as “pending” under order history. Cancellations have to be made within (maximum) 6 hours of placing an order. For cancelling your order, you will have to get in touch with our Customer Support Team by sending an email with your order number.
